Frequently Asked Questions about Dating Simulator

What is Dating Simulator?
Dating Simulator is a free rom-com game played on a pretend phone in your browser. You have just moved to a new city. Swipe through profiles on a made-up app called Mooncake, text your matches, pick date spots and ask someone out on day 14. A story takes about 10 to 15 minutes. There is no download and no account.
Is it suitable for everyone?
It is a light, PG comedy. Every character is a working adult aged 25 or over, dates are cafes, hikes, galleries, karaoke and quiz nights, and nothing goes further than a kiss. All the dialogue is written by hand; there is no AI chat.
Can I choose who I see?
Yes. Pick your name and pronouns, then choose to see women, men or everyone. Every route and every ending works whichever you choose.
How do hearts work?
Each match has a heart meter from 0 to 5. Replies that fit what they like (it's on their profile) add half a heart; a wrong vibe costs one, and three wrong vibes and they ghost you. A date at a place they love adds an extra half heart. To get a yes on the last night you need 4 hearts and 3 dates.
How many endings are there?
25: three for each of the six people (together, friends and ghosted) and seven comedy endings, like Fern Parent and Candle Empire. Locked endings show a hint in the gallery, and your gallery is saved in this browser.
What is the Daily Date?
A three-day mini story with the same three profiles for everyone that day. You get a score out of 100 and a result line to share with friends. Play every day to build a streak.
Do I have to pay or wait?
No. Every choice is free, there are no timers that lock you out, and you can play as many stories as you like. Money and energy in the game are just part of the puzzle: work shifts pay for dates, rest gives you energy.
Does my story save?
Yes. The game saves after every choice in this browser when local storage is available, so you can close the tab and continue later. Clearing browser data or private browsing can remove the save.

About Dating Simulator

Dating Simulator is a free online rom-com you play on a pretend phone. You have just moved to a new city and downloaded Mooncake, a made-up dating app. Over 14 days you swipe through profiles, text your matches and go on dates: a rare-books restorer who has named the library pigeon, a physio with a sock-eating dog, a dumpling chef who judges your chilli tolerance, a muralist painting a whale on a car park, a wedding DJ with a pun for everything and an architect who has never moved a meeting. Everyone is a working adult with a job and a life.

Texts come with a typing bubble, read receipts and three replies. Answers that fit what they like fill a heart meter; a wrong vibe three times and they ghost you. Work shifts pay for dates and cost energy, so you can't do everything. On the last night you ask one person out. Will it be a yes, friends, or a fern you named Fernando?

There are 25 endings to collect, a Daily Date with the same three profiles for everyone, and no paid choices or real-time waits. All the dialogue is written by hand, and the game saves in your browser.
