How to Play Bridge Race

The controls are simple:

1. Run automatically — your character always moves forward, you just steer the outcome
2. Collect orange bricks — run over them to pick them up. More bricks = more bridge capacity
3. Cross gaps — when you hit a gap, your bricks are placed automatically. You need enough bricks to cover the full length of each gap
4. Jump barriers — press Space or Arrow Up (desktop) or tap (mobile) to jump over red barriers
5. Reach the finish — get to the end of all 5 levels to win

Pro tip: the level shows how many bricks upcoming gaps need. If you see a long gap ahead and you're short on bricks, slow down (mentally) and make sure you've grabbed everything on the field before crossing.

Scoring in Bridge Race

Points come from two sources:

Level 5 is worth 2500 points plus up to 50 pts per unused brick. Hoard bricks to maximize your score — don't just grab what you need, grab everything you see.

Strategy Tips

Prioritize brick collection early

The first stretch of each level is usually flush with bricks and gap-free. Sprint through it collecting every orange square. That buffer lets you coast through the early gaps without worry.

Count the gap length markers

Each gap has a marker showing how many bricks it costs to cross. If you don't have enough, you fall. Always check the marker and adjust your path to grab more bricks if needed before committing to a crossing.

Time jumps to clear barriers completely

Barriers aren't that tall, but mistiming leaves you clipping the top. Jump a beat early so you're at peak height when you hit the barrier. On mobile, tap as you approach rather than waiting until you're right in front of it.

Don't waste bricks on short gaps

Short gaps cost fewer bricks. If a gap has a "3" marker and you have 50 bricks, don't stress. Save your brick-counting energy for the longer gaps in later levels where the math gets tight.
