Privacy Policy — Idle Tycoon: Empire

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Idle Tycoon: Empire ("the App", "we", "us"), published by PlayBrain, handles information when you play. The App is a single-player offline idle game. We try to collect as little as possible.

The short version

• We do not require an account, sign-in, name, email, or any personal detail to play.
• Your game progress is saved only on your device. We do not upload or store it on any server.
• The only data leaving your device comes from Google AdMob, the third-party service that shows the optional "watch an ad for a ×2 boost" rewarded videos.

Information we collect ourselves

None that identifies you. The App has no login, no user profile, and no analytics server of our own. Your saved game (cash, businesses, upgrades, settings) is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage and never sent to us. Uninstalling the App deletes this local data.

Information collected by Google AdMob (advertising)

The App shows rewarded ads — short videos you can optionally choose to watch in exchange for an in-game boost. These ads are provided by Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process:

• a device advertising identifier (e.g. Android Advertising ID),
• IP address and general device information (device model, OS version, language),
• ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or clicked),

in order to serve, cap, measure, and (where permitted) personalize ads, and to detect fraud and abuse. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy terms:

We do not sell your data, and the App contains no in-app purchases — ads are the only monetization.

Local notifications

If you enable notifications, the App schedules local reminders (e.g. "your empire has earnings waiting") directly on your device. These contain no personal data and are not sent through any server. You can turn them off any time in the App's settings or your device settings.

Your choices and controls

• Reset or limit ad tracking: On Android, Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
• EEA/UK users: where required, ads are served on a non-personalized basis or subject to a consent prompt.
• Delete your data: uninstalling the App removes all locally stored game data. For data held by Google through ad serving, see the Google links above.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
