Swap letters to solve the waffle grid in 15 moves!
Waffle is a word puzzle where you swap letters on a waffle-shaped grid to form six interlocking words (three horizontal and three vertical). Unlike Wordle, where you guess from scratch, Waffle gives you all the letters upfront but scrambles their positions. Color-coded feedback guides your swaps: green tiles are already correct, yellow tiles belong to a word passing through that cell but are in the wrong spot, and uncolored tiles are misplaced entirely. You have a limited number of swaps to solve the puzzle, and the fewer swaps you use, the higher your star rating. The most efficient move is swapping two yellow tiles that each belong in the other's position, fixing both at once.
