Slide tiles to put them in order.
Choose 3x3, 4x4, or 5x5!
Sliding Puzzle challenges you to reconstruct a scrambled image by sliding tiles within a frame that has one empty slot. Unlike number-based versions, this image variant adds the extra challenge of recognizing partial pictures and figuring out where each fragment belongs in the complete scene. You can only move tiles adjacent to the blank space, which turns the seemingly simple task of rearranging an image into a fascinating exercise in spatial reasoning. Each puzzle starts with a randomly shuffled arrangement, and the difficulty scales with grid size: a 3x3 grid is an approachable warm-up, while a 5x5 grid demands serious planning. Tracking your move count pushes you to find optimal solutions rather than brute-forcing the arrangement.
