How to Play

Guess the hidden math equation in 6 tries. Each guess must be a valid equation that equals exactly 8 characters.

Use digits (0-9) and operators (+, -, *, /) to form equations like 12+45=57 or 98-31=67.

After each guess, the tiles change color to show how close you are:

5
Green = correct character, correct position
+
Yellow = in the equation but wrong position
3
Gray = not in the equation at all

Your guess must be mathematically valid. The left side of the equation must actually equal the right side.

About Numberle

Numberle is a number-guessing puzzle in the Wordle family where you must deduce a hidden sequence of digits using color-coded feedback. Each guess returns green for digits in the correct position, yellow for digits that appear elsewhere in the sequence, and gray for digits not present at all. Unlike word-based variants, Numberle relies on numerical pattern recognition and probability thinking rather than vocabulary. The game supports different sequence lengths, from a quick 4-digit warm-up to a grueling 6-digit challenge. Daily mode gives everyone the same puzzle for fair comparison, while unlimited practice mode lets you sharpen your skills anytime. Strategies like starting with digits 0 through 9 spread across your first guesses help eliminate possibilities quickly. It is a fresh and addictive take on the daily guessing game format.

How to Play

  1. Enter a sequence of digits as your first guess
  2. Check the color feedback: green means correct position, yellow means wrong position, gray means not used
  3. Use the feedback to narrow down which digits go where in the hidden number
  4. Guess the correct sequence within the allowed number of attempts
