Controls

The slide and dive moves are the ones most players underuse. Sliding under low ceilings is often the only way through certain sections, and diving gives you downward momentum to land precisely on narrow platforms.

How the 10 Levels Work

OvO's levels increase in complexity gradually. Early levels teach the basics — running and jumping. Mid levels introduce wall jumps and tight corridors that require sliding. Late levels combine everything: you need wall jumps to gain height, then a perfectly-timed dive to land on a platform two floors below, all in one fluid sequence.

There's no timer visible during play, but your completion time is tracked. The game is designed to be replayed — your first clear of a level is usually slow and clunky. Each replay gets a little cleaner as you find the optimal line through each obstacle.

Tips for Faster Completion

Double jump off walls immediately. When you wall jump, you can double jump again at the apex. This is the fastest way to gain height and is essential in the later levels.

Slide before gaps. Sliding lets you launch off ledge edges with a lower profile, which means you can time a jump at the very last pixel. This extends your horizontal distance significantly.

Dive to recover. If you're falling past a platform you meant to land on, dive immediately. The downward boost lets you snap to narrower platforms you'd otherwise overshoot.

Learn one segment at a time. If you're stuck on a section, restart and practice just that section repeatedly rather than replaying the full level. OvO rewards muscle memory — once a wall jump sequence clicks, it stays clicked.

Don't panic on wall sections. Wall jumping requires rhythm. Slow down mentally before a wall jump sequence — trying to rush it causes mistimed inputs that send you in the wrong direction.
